Chocolate or sponge, fruit or baileys, elegant or quirky, the possibilities are endless. All of my cakes are made fresh to order, so to avoid disappointment please allow plenty of time for ordering. Just to let you know, my sponge cakes come as standard with butter cream and jam filling (and the chocolate can have butter cream or chocolate fudge filling!), however this can easily be changed to cater for individual tastes or dietary requirements.
